medium sized broccoli flowerets, with stalk

medium sized Onion, grated

flakes of Garlic, grated

Almonds, roasted on a non stick pan and cut into fine slivers

and Pepper, to taste
Cut
the broccoli flowerets, including the stalks, into small pieces.
In
a pressure cooker, heat Olive Oil, add
the onion and garlic and fry well.
When
done, add the broccoli, salt, give it a good mix, add water, enough to cover
the broccoli, and pressure cook, giving 3-4 whistles, or until done.
Use
a hand blender/mixie to blend everything together to a smooth consistency,
adding water if required. Add pepper at this stage too.
Just
before serving add the almonds, and use them for garnishing as well.
