Ingredients:
I large
Onion, sliced lengthwise
1 Tsp Ghee
1 Green
Chilly, slit
1 and a 1/2 Tbsp Yogurt
(Dahi)
A 1 inch
piece of Coconut, grated
Salt to taste
For the
Waghar/Chaunk/Tadka:
1/4th
Tsp Oil
Rye
1 Dry Red
chilly
A few Curry
Leaves
Method:
Heat ghee in
a non-stick pan and sauté the onions in it till they turn transparent. Switch
off the flame and allow to cool.
In a mixie,
add the onions, the rest of the ingredients and grind together .
Scoop out in
a bowl, and garnish with the waghar.
