Ingredients:
1/4th Cup Melted, Salted Butter (I used Amul)
1/2 Cup Digestive Biscuit Crumbs
7 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (Plain or Chunky, whichever is at hand. I used Chunky)
For the Chocolate Layer:
1/2 Cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Method:
Line a square pan with aluminium foil. Keep aside.
In a bowl add the melted butter, biscuit crumbs, powdered sugar and mix well.
To this add the peanut butter and mix together till combined.
Spread into a thick layer in the lined pan.
In a bowl mix together the chocolate chips and peanut butter and melt in a microwave.
When melted, stir until smooth.
Spread over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate until completely firm, about 3-4 hours.
Allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cutting.
Store in the fridge.
This proportion will yield 6 large or 10 medium sized squares
