(Whole
wheat Flour Pudding)
Ingredients:
1
Katori Whole Wheat Flour ( Gehun ka aata)
½
Katori Ghee
½
to 3/4th Katori Sugar (or as
per taste)
1
and ½ Katori Hot water
Pistachio
Slivers for garnishing
(Any
sized Katori/cup/glass/vessel would do, just
use the same one to measure all the ingedients)
Method:
Heat
Ghee in a heavy bottomed pan.
Add
the wheat flour and roast till it starts changing color and emits an aroma.
Mix
the Sugar in the hot water and mix well. Add this to the roasted flour and mix
well until smooth.
When
it forms a lump and leaves the sides of the pan switch off the flame.
Garnish
with the Pista slivers and serve hot.
